この季節は花粉症の始まり

昨日、一昨日あたりから、もの凄いくしゃみがでます。もしや、花粉が既に飛んでいるのでは？毎年2月中旬頃になると、くしゃみのもの凄いのが連発して出てくるし、寝ている時も喉の奥の方がかゆくなったりして、ぐっすり眠れなくなるこの季節です。今年もバターミルクを飲んで、どうにか乗り切りたいと思います。。
